In January 2000, Chocolates à la Carte moved into a new 110,000 square foot production facility in the city of Valencia. The company will triple the size of its production and warehouse space. This facility will house all sales and administrative functions, production, R&D, warehousing, and shipping. It will also accommodate the new equipment and extra workspace that is needed to meet our growth patterns and improve production capacity by as much as 400%.
