FRANK T. GEUKENS

Frank Geukens, Executive Vice President and Head of Operations of Chocolates à la Carte, spent 17 years with McDonalds Corporation. Frank was responsible for all supervision of operations and offices. The volume of the 5-unit operation was $7.5 Million and the 11 unit operation $18 million.

Frank purchased Van Der Meer Chocolates from the Artesia Bakery in 1985. Van Der Meer served as a contractor for Chocolates à la Carte for over ten years. In 1995, the two companies merged and Frank became responsible for the entire operations of Chocolates à la Carte. Chocolates à la Carte is housed in a 110,000 square foot state of the art chocolate manufacturing facility, and employs between 175 and 225 employees varying due to seasonal needs.
