Chef Dana Herbert

Pastry Chef Dana Herbert from the Downtown Marriott in Philadelphia creatively put together a very attractive looking dessert using Chocolate à la Carte’s Ruby Heart Box. Chef Herbert added a wonderful touch to the Ruby Heart with shimmering gold dust. This elegant plated dessert creates an overall beautiful presentation.

Chef Kathleen Sacchi

Chef Kathleen from The Fine Art of Catering was generous enough to share her wonderful custom creation. Chef Kathleen put together these wonderful chocolate boxes for a tasting. Chef Kathleen used the Chocolate à la Carte three inch chocolate box and added her own touch by attaching Chocolate à la Carte’s two inch screened square to the lid to add more dimension. Chef Sacchi’s creativity and talent are definitely showcased in this beautifully decorated dessert.
