Event
Chocolates à la Carte had a wonderful Ribbon
Cutting Ceremony this past December to announce the "Grand
Re-Opening" of the Chocolate Retail Factory Store. This store
has been a huge success within the community especially over the
holidays and Valentines Day. The Store is filled with different
over-run products every week as well as truffles, amenities, pastries
and seasonal gifts.
Pastry Competition
Chocolates à la Carte would like to thank
everyone who participated in our recent Pastry Competition! Due
to all the fantastic entries, judging was not an easy job. The competition
criterion was based on:
- Overall presentation – Is the presentation
unique and can the dessert be utilized within the foodservice
industry (used within the foodservice industry ranges from serving
as an Amenity to being featured on dessert menus, at special events,
catered functions etc.
- Best use of product – How was the product
presented and used
- Creativity – Was the entry creative
